Quality

Every batch stands up to data scrutiny

From first article to finished part, critical dimensions are controlled throughout. Material, process and inspection data are documented end to end, so issues can be quickly located and traced.

* Certifications shown are illustrative; actual certificates take precedence.

  • 1

    First-Article Inspection (FAI)

A full-dimension first-article check is completed before volume machining, locking in the machining datum and avoiding batch-wide deviation.

  • 2

    In-Process Checks

Critical dimensions are sampled at intervals; on any anomaly we stop and correct promptly, keeping risk to a minimum.

  • 3

    CMM Final Inspection

Finished parts undergo full-dimension inspection to drawing, with a traceable inspection report delivered alongside the parts.

  • 4

    Batch Traceability

Material, process and inspection data are documented throughout, so any issue can be quickly traced to the specific batch and operation.

Inspection Capability

Multi-dimensional inspection covering key quality characteristics

Coordinate Measuring Machine

For high-precision measurement of complex dimensions and geometric tolerances, with full-dimension report output.

Optical Comparator / Vision System

Rapid measurement of profiles, hole positions and profile tolerance, ideal for batch sampling.

Standard Gauges

Micrometers, calipers, plug gauges and more, combined with SPC to keep day-to-day dimensions in control.
